REQUEST FOR SECONDARY REVIEW OF SECURITY DEPOSIT REFUND
RentWise Property Management strives to ensure a fair distribution of the security deposit between the Landlord and Tenant based on all available information regarding the property's condition just before and after the move-out. However, we recognize there may be situations where you have additional information that we initially did not consider. The purpose of this secondary review is to ensure that you can provide additional information when you are not satisfied with the rationale for the return or withholding of your security deposit funds. Once this form is submitted, our review committee will objectively review all information, including your comments, solicit any new information from the Landlord (and, in some cases, the new Tenant), and make appropriate adjustments. The process will follow the following steps:

- If there are any adjustments to the deposit based on the findings, you will receive a check or an invoice for additional amounts owed.

You may attach additional sheets or documents to make your case if you need to. Your dispute will not be reviewed unless you can provide proof.
BY SUBMITTING THIS FORM, the Tenant certifies that the information provided is true and correct. Tenant acknowledges that a review of charges may result in no change, additional charges, or a reduction in charges.
