Please indicate your student's availability for sessions for fall. We ask that you be as flexible as possible to help accommodate all students. Fall sessions begin August 19th, 2024. If you have already confirmed a time with us for the fall, you do not need to fill out this form. If you are unsure if your time is confirmed, you may send us an email at admin@discoveredtherapy.com.
