To provide the most efficient and effective moving service, Rush Out Movers require a list of all items being loaded or unloaded, prior to your move. All items must be packed a box, tote, or handle/zip up carry bags. Purchase or have blankets and/or towels to limit items bumping into others. Get moving Saran Wrap plastic is good for bed frames, legs, dresser drawers, and other odd items for transport and protection. Service is complete after last pre-packed item is loaded. If any assistance is needed packing, it will be counted as moving labor.*

We are not responsible for worn or fragile items or furniture. Some furniture (Usually Put together yourself furniture), most times are very wobbly and can give trying to transport, especially up/down stairs. If you have such items, it is advised that you give special supervision when ready to handle. Wobbly or old furniture you may want to consider replacing, due to it may give during handling. We are not responsible for identifying such items, so be sure and clear to management and the movers on site.*

For an additional cost, list any supplies need like boxes, wrap, mattress bags, tv/ mirror/ picture boxes, etc…. (paid for before the day of move)
If your move is for loading and unloading, be advised that the travel time from site to site is counted as service time. The crew will stop at the end of your book time.
Before the end of booked time or completion, balance has to be paid. Any additional time will need to be pre-paid before continuing moving labor at the hourly rate with no proration.*

Rushout Movers will not be responsible for scuffs or tracking dirt on furniture , on walls, or flooring from moving items into the property. Please have furniture sliders, if scuffs or carpet damage is a concern when moving items into your preferred position. We will not wear booties. remove shoes, or walk on paper, which all can create trip hazards. Scuffs or marks in walls that may happen depending on the space of area and size of furniture, will be the responsibility of the customer, but rest assure, we will try our best to prevent such marks. It is best to wrap furniture in plastic or covers securely to handle by movers.*
