    ARE WE A GOOD FIT? THE ANSWER’S YES IF:
    • You’ve got a solid sense of who’s traveling, what the dates are, and what your budget is.
    • You trust us to plan your trip…we need you to trust our expertise and relationships. We find the best client experiences are ones where the clients can clearly articulate what they’re looking for as well as their budgets, and then trust us to spend their investment wisely.
    • You understand that planning the best trip possible means a lot of communication between us…we try to make this as frictionless as possible, but want to be sure there aren’t any surprises for you! We communicate best in writing in order to have a written record to refer to.
    • You’re looking for an amazing experience and understand that’s not always the least expensive option.

    Services Explained:
    • Travel Consultantion: ($100 per hour)
      • I am seeking advice on how to plan a trip and optimize my travel experience.
    • DIY Travel Consulting: ($400 per session)
      I can book the trip myself. I only need your help with research and planning.
    • Standard Trip Planning: (Starting at $500 per itinerary*)
      I need you to book and manage the essentials; accomodations, transportation, and provide activity recommendations.
    • Comprehensive Travel Experience: (starting at $2,000 per itinerary*)
      I need you to customize and manage my entire experience!
    • Comprehensive Travel Experience + Hosting Services: (Starting at $2,000 per itinerary + 10% Hosting Fee*)
      I need you to customize and mange my travel experience, and travel with us to our destination(s).

     

    *Note: All fees are subject to change and vary depending on the complexity, length of the trip, and the scope of services provided .  The starting fee is the typical planning fee for a 5 to 7 day trip, for a small group of 4 to 5 travelers. Longer trips, additional travelers, multi-destinations, special requests, last-minute planning or customized services not listed above, will incur additional fees.

    Please note that your group must be a minimum of 4 travelers, aged 18 or older, to book our services.

  • If Flights Are Needed...

    If flight assistance is needed when booking services for more than one destination.

  • Accommodations: Hotel/Resort/Traditional/Unique

    Please note our services do not include trips involving accommodations booked through Airbnb or VRBO.

  • Your Experience...

    This section helps us curate personalized recommendations and activities aligned with your preferences.

  • Your Budget...

    At AB Travels, we are committed to conducting thorough research to identify inclusions that maximize the value within your specified price point. However, we kindly request that your expectations align realistically with your budgetary constraints. Also, our consultancy fees are separate and will be billed additionally. Please do not factor these fees into your travel budget. Detailed information about our Travel Consultancy fees will be provided within the agreement.
