This letter acknowleges that the vehicle owner has authorize and grant Car4mation Pte Ltd to sell the above-mentioned vehicle subject to the following conditions: -
1. You have represented and warranted to us that you are the owner of the vehicle and/or are lawfully authorized to consign the vehicle to us for sales at the requested price of SGD $sales price* ("the Requested price") During the advertising period, requested/advertised price may be lower than the initial requested price subject to the owner consent according to market rates.
2. In the event if the vehicle is sold, there will be a charge of SGD $ consignment fee* ("the Consignment Fee") consignment fee from the seller to Car4mation Pte Ltd. Car4mation Pte Ltd retain the rights to deduct this consignment fee from the sales agreement price before handing the remaining balance payment to seller (if any) otherwise top-up will be required.
3. In the event we sell the vehicle at a price higher than the requested or both parties' agreeable price, Car4mation Pte Ltd may retain the rights to keep the amount difference.

4. We shall: -
a) Conscientiously display, market, demonstrate and attempt to sell the vehicle at an agreeable price

b) Whilst the vehicle is in our procession, custody and/or control, maintain the vehicle in good repair and condition, and safeguard the vehicle against theft and damage.

5. In the event we are unable to sell your vehicle witihin two(2) months from the date of this agreement signed, consignment rights may be given to other company at the owner consent.

6. The vehicle is held by us in trust for your benefit, and it shall not subject to any theft claim. You undertake to indemnity Car4mation Pte Ltd against all losses, liabilities, damages, costs, charges, expenses, actions, proceedings, claims, demands, fines, penalties, including to any direct, iondirect or conseqiential losses, loss of profit, loss of reputation, legal, professional costs and expenses calculated on a full indemnity basis suffered or incurred by Car4mation Pte Ltd or any affiliate or their respective employees, arising out of or in connection with the holding of vehicle on a consignment basis, including any failure to sell the vehicle.
