• Full payment is due upon comencement of service.  
• Credit card and Venmo payments will incur a surcharge of 3%.
• Apostilled documents will be returned in the manner in which they were obtained unless otherwise requested.  Such requests must be in writing.
• Any documents shipped domestically or internationally on your behalf are not deemed to be the responsibility of Beaches Notary & Apostille Service. Rest assured, we will provide you with a tracking number from a selection of carriers that we utilize such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. This will enable you to monitor the status and location of your documents in real time.
• Same Day Service  $649.00: Document apostilled and shipped same day.
• 3 Business Day Service $499.00: Documents Notarized by us no later than noon & apostilled.  This service includes the shipping time.
• Express service   $399.00: 3-5 business days (Excluding shipping time)
• Rush service       $299.00: 7-14 business days (Excluding shipping time)
• Standard service $225.00: Up to 30 days (Excluding shipping time)
• Fees listed above is for the first apostille for the State of Florida. Additional apostilles are $115.00 each.
• All time frames herein apply to Florida apostilles only. 
• All other states' apostille time-frames and costs will vary depending on their processing times, fees, and courier fees.
• Federal apostilles: Processing time frame is approximately 4 weeks.  7 day rush service available EXCLUDING shipping time.
• Force Majeure: Beaches Notary and Apostille Service shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations if such failure is caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, government regulations, Secretary of State / US Department of State / Embassy errors or delays, natural disasters, Shipper delay, Courier delay, or any other unforeseen circumstances that prevent performance. In the event of a force majeure, Beaches Notary and Apostille Service must notify you verbally or in writing as soon as possible and take reasonable steps to mitigate the impact of the event if possible.
• **3 Business Day Service is exclusively for documents that are notarized online by Beaches Notary and Apostille Service. The cut-off time for online notarized documents that will be apostilled is 12:00pm (noon).  If your document has already been notarized in person, that document is not eligible for our 3 business day service.
• Same Business Day Service: Document must be received by us no later than 11:00am Eastern Time to be eligible for this service.  Completed Apostille will be shipped directly to you the same business day (next day shipping).
• If the destination country is NOT a member of the Hague Convention, your document will need an embassy legalization which will extend the time-frame beyond the time-frames listed above.  The time-frame will depend on the embassy of the destination country.  In addition, there will be additional costs associated with the embassy legalization.
• All Florida service prices include the notarization fee, state fee, shipping with tracking fee, and courier fee if applicable that are destined for a Hague Country.
