            Once you select ACH Bank Transfer for your payment method and enter the account holder's name, finish the form and submit. There will be a prompt on your screen after hitting submit from Plaid that will have you enter your other information. If you want to send payment by check, please write it out to Second Chance Opportunities, INC, and mail it to 55 Colvin Ave Albany NY.
