Each Membership includes unlimited visits (once per day) for the child listed above. The child must be accompanied by one or more of the listed adults with no additional charges for number of adults in attendance.
Recurring or One Month Unlimited Only?
This MEMBERSHIP contract shall be considered binding upon the member and Stemville, LLC. It shall be upheld and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan. Any legal proceedings related to this membership shall take place in Oakland County, Michigan.

The Member hereby agrees to abide by all posted safety guidelines and regulations while using Stemville facilities and equipment. Additionally, the Member agrees to dress and conduct themselves in a manner deemed appropriate for a Child play area. Anyone deemed dressed in an inappropriate manner may be subject to removal. Foul language will result in immediate removal.

The Member shall not consume drugs, alcohol, or tobacco products on Stemville property. The Member agrees not to photograph or videotape children other than their own or children under their direct supervision. Posting of videos and images of children on social media is prohibited. Stemville reserves the right to revoke the Member's access if these terms are violated.

Member agrees and understands that Stemville reserves the right to revoke the membership at anytime.

Member understands that a recurring membership requires a 30 day notice for cancellation and a minimum of a three month commitment.
