Terms of booking
- We regret that no pets are allowed in the cottage.
- There is a no smoking policy.
- The reservation can only be accepted if all the names of parties are listed.
- No reservation can be accepted until the reservation deposit is recieved.
- All reservations are subject to availability.
- Linen and towels are provided and free Wi-Fi is included.
Cancellation policy
- Cancellations in excess of 42 days notice will forgo the deposit.
- Cancellations between 21 and 42 days will incur a cost of 60% of the full cost.
- Cancellations between 7 and 21 days will incur a cost of 80% of the full cost.
- Cancellations less than 7 days will incur the full cost of the booking.
- We recommend holiday cancellation protection through www.rothwellandtowler.com
Payment Details
- Your reservation will be secured upon receipt of £100 deposit.
- The remaining balance must be paid 6 weeks in advance of arrival.
- When settling the balance, a cheque or BACS payment of £50 must be paid as a security deposit. This will be returned upon confirmation of successful check out.
- If your booking is less than 6 weeks in advance, the full cost is required to confirm the reservation.
- Payments can be made by cheque or bank transfer.
