In consideration of the acceptance of this entry, or of my being permitted to take part in this even, I, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns agree to save harmless indemnified Desert Racing Enthusiasts Association, Inc., its individual members and their respective agents, officers, officials, servants, sponsors and representatives, the owner, curators, lessors, agencies, or manager of a land upon demands in respect to death, injury, loss or damage to my person or property, howsoever caused, arising out of or the connection with my entry or participation in this event, and not withstanding that the same may have contributed to, occasioned by, or directly caused by the negligence of the said bodies, their agents, officials, servants, or representatives. I declare that the driver possesses the standard or competence necessary, and are physically fit for an event of the type to which this entry relates, and the vehicle is suitable and road worth for this event. I have read the rulebook, and my car is legal for the class I am racing.
