Brand Partner Terms & Agreement:
Early Bird Registration (January 1 - June 30, 2025) $650
Registration (July 1 - October 11, 2025): $850
Registration closes (October 11, 2025)
TERMS & AGREEMENT:
Exhibit space – will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis in the order in which submission of The Agreement and Registration is received. Monterey Tequila Festival (MTF) has the right to rearrange exhibit areas for the betterment of the event.
Canceling Exhibit Space – no refunds, however if cancellation occurs brand will get credit for next year's event.
Exhibit and Personnel – Exhibits must be handled in a professional manner. Brand partners are allowed to pour ¼ oz. of agave spirit to attendees – no exceptions. We highly recommend all brand partners personnel have necessary pouring credentials. NO SALE of alcohol is permitted and all product that will be poured shall be provided by brand partner. Personnel must be dressed appropriately. Dress code for attendees is cocktail attire (no shorts or flip flops). Exhibit space must be staffed at all times. Maximum number of exhibit staff is 2. Each participating exhibitor will receive two complimentary entries to the event.
Product – Please be conservative in the opening of your bottles. MTF will advise the number of attendees to help determine how much product to bring as we near event. Note: each attendee will receive a tequila flute. NO PRODUCT TO BE SOLD TO ATTENDEES.
Payment – Payment in full is due with The Agreement and Registration. If brand partner register 30 days or less from the cut off date of October 10th they may not be guarenteed some of the benefits listed above.
Check-in/Set-up - Check-in hours begin at 10:00 a.m. Please no staples, tacks, nails, paint, glitter or confetti to be used for decoration. Regular banners and retractables are okay.
Takedown - We ask all brand partners to wait until 8:00 p.m., to begin takedown of exhibitor area.
Indemnification and Hold Harmless – The MTF, Brand Partners and venue Hyatt Regency Hotel & Spa each agree to indemnify and hold harmless the other party, its officers, directors, employees, owners, related entities and agents from and against all losses, damages, claims, actions or causes of actions, liabilities, including reasonable attorneys fee, and costs and expenses arising from the defense of any claim, action, or cause of action or liabilities arising out of or resulting from the performance or failure to perform by the other party of its obligations hereunder. MTF, Brand partners and venue The Hyatt Regency Hotel & Spa each agree that this indemnification will not apply to the willful misconduct or gross negligence of the other party.
