DATA PROTECTION
Data Controller: The Francisco de Vitoria University (hereinafter UFV) is responsible for the processing of the data provided by the interested party in the present form and accompanying documentation.
Need for processing: The communication of the data is voluntary, but if the interested party does not provide this data by completing the Admissions Application form and providing the supporting documentation for said application, they will not be able to participate in the admissions process of UFV School of Government and Leadership.
Legitimacy and purposes of the processing: The legal basis for data processing is for the UFV to undertake pre-contractual measures and procedures necessary for the admission process; the data of the interested party will be processed for the following purposes: to attend to and assess the application for admission and accompanying documentation, to carry out the necessary administrative procedures to verify compliance with the requirements; to communicate to the person concerned whether the application has been accepted or rejected; and to send the interested party any type of communication related to the application and the admission process.
Recipients: The data of the interested party will not be communicated to any third party except to the entities collaborating in the program for the correct organization of the courses in which they are enrolled and, where required by law, to the competent Public Administrations and authorities.
The personal data of the interested party may be processed by entities contracted to provide data processing services to UFV (so-called data processors) according to the instructions of the UFV with all due guarantees of data confidentiality and security.
Data Storage: The data of the interested party will be kept for as long as the required for the legitimate purposes of the data processing and during the period required by law in compliance with all legal obligations or possible liabilities.
Rights: The interested party may exercise their right of access, rectification, deletion, limitation, opposition, portability and the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, by means of a written request addressed to the General Secretariat of the UFV at the postal address: Ctra. M-515 Pozuelo-Majadahonda Km. 1.800, 28223 Pozuelo de Alarcón (Madrid) and/or at the e-mail address: dpd@ufv.es , indicating the right to be exercised. In addition, the interested party has the right to file a complaint with the Supervisory Authority of the Spanish Data Protection Agency, C/ Jorge Juan, 6, 28001 Madrid, www.aepd.es , telephone: 900 293 183, should they consider the exercise of any of their legal rights has not been satisfied. Additionally, if you wish, your personal data may be used to manage your request for information about programs, activities and training offered by UFV and/or by the Isabel la Católica School of Government and Leadership of the UFV. We will also carry out analysis and segmentation of your data to provide information based on your educational preferences. For commercial communications, your data may be kept indefinitely, unless you object to this processing, which you can do at any time.
