ONE Membership card will be issued, per user, aged 12 years and older. Lost cards will be replaced at a charge of $25.00.
A property management company is a business that handles the daily operations and management of real estate properties on behalf of property owners. The property owner must provide documentation or an email to appoint a property representative. After this proof is provided the management company can provide tenant access on behalf of the property owner.
