Space Assignment: Booth space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. The organizers reserve the right to reassign space as necessary.
Fees: All vendor fees must be paid in full by [insert deadline date]. Failure to pay by the deadline may result in forfeiture of the reserved space.
Setup and Teardown: Vendors must adhere to the event setup and teardown schedule provided by the organizers. Vendors are responsible for their own setup and teardown.

Compliance: Vendors must comply with all local laws and regulations, including health and safety codes. Food vendors must obtain and display appropriate permits.
Insurance: Vendors are responsible for their own insurance coverage. Sand Wars does not provide insurance for vendor property or personnel.
Photographic Release: Vendors grant Sand Wars the right to use their business name, logo, and images of their booth/products for promotional purposes.
