1. Client agrees that cancelled classes must have a make-up which may be scheduled on a different day and time from the regular schedule.

2. Preferred schedule is subject for confirmation with the Coach. We don't guarantee your preferred schedule is open. First come, first serve policy.

3. Non-appearance in class without notice atleast a day before the schedule will be forfeited.
MONEY BACK GUARANTEE:

1. The student attended with no missed classes his/her regular schedule of once, twice or thrice a week for the lessons.

2. The student finished the 12 sessions enrolled.

3. If the student cannot sing or play a simple melody or has not learned to sight read simple (CDEFG) from the 12 or 24 sessions enrolled.

Please note: Your own instrument is needed for lessons. Voice lessons require keyboard or piano.
MONEY BACK GUARANTEE:

1. The student attended with no missed classes his/her regular schedule of once, twice or thrice a week for the lessons.

2. The student finished the 12 sessions enrolled.

3. If the student cannot draw or paint any simple artwork on his own or/and has not improved his skills in drawing or painting using a variety of simple shapes and coloring.
