In consideration of being allowed to participate in boxing training, classes, and events at Iron Energy Gym Fitness Centre LTD dba Aesthetic Nation Gym (the "Gym"), I, the undersigned, acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk*

I understand that boxing is a physically demanding activity that carries inherent risks, including but not limited to, physical injury, psychological injury, pain, suffering, illness, disfigurement, temporary or permanent disability, death, and/or property damage. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in boxing activities.

2. Medical Clearance*

I certify that I am in good health and have no medical conditions that would prevent me from participating in boxing activities. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician before engaging in any physical activity.

3. Release of Liability*

I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Aesthetic Nation Gym, its owners, directors, officers, employees, trainers, agents, sub-contractors and representatives (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, including negligence, resulting from any personal injury, accident, or illness (including death) and/or property loss arising from, but not limited to, participation in boxing activities. This release extends to any claims arising from the ordinary negligence of the Released Parties.

4. Indemnification*

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities, including attorney's fees, arising out of my involvement in boxing activities.

5. Rules and Regulations*

I agree to comply with all rules, regulations, and instructions provided by the Gym and its staff, as listed below. I understand that failure to adhere to these rules may result in my suspension or termination from boxing activities without refund. I acknowledge that the Gym reserves the right to change or amend these rules and regulations at any time as it sees fit or as business needs arise. While the Gym will provide as much notice as possible, it is my responsibility to stay informed of any changes to the rules and regulations.

Without exception, the following rules apply:

5.1 No member is allowed in the ring at any time without one of the instructors in there at the same time.

5.2 No member without a boxing membership is allowed access to the ring.

5.3 Only boxers sanctioned by the Boxing BC Association will be allowed to spar in the ring. Anyone caught disobeying will be immediately asked to leave and risk losing their membership.

5.4 Chains will be run across the ring when not in use; no trespassing will be tolerated.

5.5 Should you notice anyone breaking any of these rules, please notify a staff member immediately.

6. Photography and Media Release*

I grant Aesthetic Nation Gym the right to take photographs and video recordings of me during boxing activities and to use these images for promotional purposes without compensation.

7. Governing Law*

This waiver and release of liability shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

8. Severability*

If any provision of this waiver is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.

9. Acknowledgment of Understanding*

I have read this waiver and release of liability and fully understand its terms. I acknowledge that I am signing it freely and voluntarily and intend my signature to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
