1. By submitting this form, I acknowledge and consent to Tech in Asia Pte Ltd processing my personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Decree (PDPD).

I agree that Tech in Asia may provide my contact information to Tech in Asia Conference's partners for event-related purposes. 3. My participation in the segments is only confirmed after my application has been accepted and/or payment is completed. My order for the Startup Factory Package is non-refundable after payment is made.

5. I am able to exhibit in-person at Tech in Asia Conference 2024 in Jakarta, Indonesia. My participation will depend on the day allocated by the organizer, which could be either on the Day 1 or Day 2 of the Conference.

6. Tech in Asia reserves the right to reject any submitted applications, and to change or edit the aforementioned terms and conditions without any prior notice.
