Contracts & Scheduling
One-time trial classes are available at $150. To continue beyond a trial, a semester or summer contract must be booked.
Contracts are based on a set number of weeks (semester ≈16 weeks, summer 4/6/8 weeks). If a program begins after the contract period has started, tuition will be pro-rated based on the remaining weeks.
Class time slots are reserved upon contract approval and are subject to availability.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
A 30-day written notice is required for any cancellation or schedule change.
In the case of emergency closures, the customer must notify STEM Prep immediately. Failure to notify will result in the forfeiture of that class and no refund.
Make-up sessions may be scheduled if notice is given; otherwise, the class is forfeited.
Payment & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all contracts.
Remaining balances may be paid monthly or in full before services begin.
Payment is due prior to the day of service. A $35 late fee will be applied to past-due accounts.
Staffing Requirements
The customer is responsible for ensuring adult-child ratios are met as required by Pennsylvania Code CHAPTER 3270 § 3280.52.
A teacher, staff member, or parent/guardian must remain in the classroom during all lessons.
Media Policy
STEM Prep may take photos or videos of classes. A parent/guardian photo release form will be required. Photos/videos will not be taken without consent.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
