Questionnaire on the implementation of revised rules regarding CAP Strategic Plans
1. Will your MS establish specific exemptions from the requirements of GAEC 5, 6, 7 or 9? Could you provide details (for what problem, for what period, to which areas they apply, ,...)?
2. Does your MS envisage to make use of temporary derogations from GAEC requirements for situations where weather conditions prevent farmers and other beneficiaries from complying with those requirements?
3. What changes are foreseen for GAEC 6?
4. What changes are foreseen for GAEC 7?
5. What eco-scheme(s) will your MS propose:
a) to cover practices for the maintenance of non-productive areas, such as land lying fallow, and for the establishment of new landscape features (resulting from the abolishment of GAEC 8 and its replacement by a mandatory eco-scheme)?
b) What budget will it have allocated? Where would the money come from? How much will it represents as % of total eco-scheme allocation?
