MISTRYWORKS, LLC dba BATTLE PARTYHQ LIABILITY WAIVER

I, [Participant's Full Name], hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions in consideration of being permitted to participate in the Nerf Gun party event hosted by MistryWorks, LLC doing business as BattlePartyHQ ("Event Organizer"):

1. Assumption of Risk: I understand that participating in BattlePartyHQ events involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, physical injury, property damage, and emotional distress. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in the event.

2. Release of Liability: I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the Event Organizer, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or to any property belonging to me, whether caused by the negligence of the Event Organizer or otherwise.

3.Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Event Organizer, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or related to my participation in the event.

4.Medical Treatment: In the event of any injury or medical emergency arising during my participation in the event, I authorize the Event Organizer to obtain medical treatment on my behalf and agree to assume all costs associated with such treatment.

5. Compliance with Rules: I agree to comply with all rules, regulations, and instructions provided by the Event Organizer regarding participation in the event, including but not limited to, safety guidelines, equipment usage, and behavior expectations.

6. Photo and Video Release: I grant the Event Organizer the right to use, reproduce, and distribute photographs, videos, or other media recordings of me taken during the event for promotional or marketing purposes without compensation or further consent.

7. Severability: If any provision of this waiver is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

8.Governing Law: This waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Manatee County, Florida, USA.
