      As per Article 4, Section C, “iv” of the UABA Bylaws, with the exception of Junior Membership, at least ONE eligible Sponsor must be listed with your Application. Our public Sponsor list can be viewed here.


      If you HAVE a Sponsor:
      Sponsor Requirements are detailed in the UABA Sponsor Form. Your Sponsor(s) will receive an email after you complete your application with a form, and they must complete and send this back to UABA.
      PLEASE NOTE: You must contact your Sponsor(s) and confirm that they are able/willing to sponsor you before you submit your application.

      If you DO NOT have a Sponsor:
      The UABA Membership Committee may choose to sponsor certain individuals that are considered an asset to the club. If you do not have a Sponsor, please fill out the sections below with as much detail as possible. This completed form will be forwarded to our Membership Committee and they will be in touch in a few weeks!
