Commencement Request Form

Welcome to Notre Dame Hospitality and congratulations! Our expert team is here to make sure your Commencement celebrations are planned seamlessly from start to finish.

Please note that this form is solely for making requests and does not guarantee venues for Commencement gatherings. We will begin notifying everyone on March 17, 2026* regarding the status of your request. All other requests for Commencement 2027, 2028, and 2029 will be contacted regarding availability in their respective years.

*If you submit this form after March 1, 2026 for a 2026 request, you will receive a notification about the status of your request by March 24, 2026.

Only one form should be submitted per event. Please coordinate within your family or group to avoid multiple submissions for the same event request - this helps us keep everything organized and ensures a smoother planning experience for everyone.

This form cannot be used to request restaurant reservations over Commencement weekend.
