The event aims to bring the community together for gardening activities followed by a taco feast. The vendor is expected to provide food and related services as outlined below.
Setup Time: 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM Event Time: 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Breakdown/Cleanup: 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Provide taco catering services for approximately 50 attendees. Ensure adequate supply of taco ingredients and any other related items. Set up and manage the food serving area. Provide necessary serving utensils, plates, napkins, and cups. Maintain cleanliness and adhere to health and safety regulations. Breakdown and clean up vendor area after the event.
4. Organizer Responsibilities:
Provide designated space for vendor setup. Supply tables and chairs if requested by the vendor. Promote the vendor as part of the event marketing efforts. Ensure access to electricity and water if required (please specify needs below
Total Fee: $250 paid by sponsor OR If no sponsor 1 Month of Personal Gardening for chef the ICT Treehuggers Foundation Will grow food for the chef.
