Vendors must bring and secure their own canopy, weights, tables, chairs, racks, lighting, extension cords, batteries, and display equipment. Utilities, storage, shelter, Wi-Fi, and weather protection are not guaranteed, and assigned footprint limits must be observed.

Participation is at your own risk. ICT Treehuggers may reject unsafe, illegal, counterfeit, discriminatory, exploitative, hazardous, or mission-conflicting items. Vendors are responsible for permits, licenses, insurance, taxes, labeling, and legal compliance when applicable.
By participating, the vendor releases ICT Treehuggers, property owners, organizers, partners, volunteers, and affiliates from liability, agrees to indemnify and hold them harmless, accepts responsibility for team conduct, inventory, equipment, injuries, damages, theft, and customer disputes, and acknowledges there is no guarantee of attendance, sales, exclusivity, utilities, security, or weather continuation.
Cancellation is non-refundable unless ICT Treehuggers cancels. Non-harassment, nondiscrimination, cooperation, confidentiality, narrow non-compete/non-circumvention, and removal-for-cause rules apply as stated in the agreement.
