    Event Name: Taco Tuesday on Treehugger Tuesday 

  • The event aims to bring the community together for gardening activities followed by a taco feast. The vendor is expected to provide food and related services as outlined below.

    Setup Time: 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM Event Time: 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM

    Breakdown/Cleanup: 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM

    Provide taco catering services for approximately 50 attendees. Ensure adequate supply of taco ingredients and any other related items. Set up and manage the food serving area. Provide necessary serving utensils, plates, napkins, and cups. Maintain cleanliness and adhere to health and safety regulations. Breakdown and clean up vendor area after the event.

    4. Organizer Responsibilities:

    Provide designated space for vendor setup. Supply tables and chairs if requested by the vendor. Promote the vendor as part of the event marketing efforts. Ensure access to electricity and water if required (please specify needs below

    Total Fee: $250 paid by sponsor OR If no sponsor 1 Month of Personal Gardening for chef the ICT Treehuggers Foundation Will grow food for the chef.

  • Deposit: $100 (due upon signing this agreement) IF No sponsor no deposit is due Balance: $ (due on the day of the event)

    Vendor must notify the organizer at least 14 days prior to the event date in case of cancellation to receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

    Vendor must provide proof of liability insurance covering the event. The vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the organizer, its affiliates, and volunteers from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the vendor's participation in the event.

    Vendor must comply with all local health regulations. Vendor is responsible for ensuring that all food items are prepared and served safely.

    By signing below, both parties agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Vendor Agreement.

  • Media and Photo Disclosures

    Please upload your company logo and Headshot we want to mention you on our social media posts. By participating in this Treehugger Tuesday Event , you hereby grant ICT Treehuggers Foundation permission to capture, use, and distribute photographs, video recordings, and any other form of media taken at the event for promotional, marketing, and educational purposes. You understand that these images and recordings may be used in various mediums, including but not limited to social media, websites, newsletters, and printed materials, without any compensation to you. You waive any rights of privacy and approval regarding such use, and release ICT Treehuggers from any liability related to the use of your image or likeness in these materials. If you do not agree to these terms, please inform the event organizers prior to the event.
