Cancellation Policy

Camps are non-transferrable.

No refunds within 21 days to the start of the camp (in the event of an accident or injury, athletes must provide a medical statement from their doctor and will be provided a refund minus a 10% administration fee).

All cancellations outside of 21 days to the start of the camp, will be provided a refund minus a 10% administration fee.

Any missed sessions during the camp will be forfeit.

TWIST PERFORMANCE + WELLNESS TRICITIES RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL, RE-GROUP OR RESCHEDULE ATHLETES BASED ON AVAILABILITY AND ENROLMENT.

**in the event of a sale or promotion being offered by TWIST TriCities within 14 days of purchase, there will be no refund of the difference between the original amount paid and the sale amount. Instead, a credit for the difference will be applied to the athlete's account to be used for future services at TWIST TriCities. Outside of 14 days, there will be no refunds or credits issued.

Two weeks of dryland training consisting of daily 2 hour sessions Monday - Friday (no session July 1) The focus will be on building the perfect shot from the ground up. You will learn how to link upper and lower body strength, develop a strong core and rotational power for a stronger more forceful shot. Stickhandling technique and shooting drills featuring the Bedard “toe, drag, release”.

These two weeks are designed to build a rock-solid body that was made to absorb checks, dominate puck battles and win face-offs. The focus is on gaining hockey-specific strength and explosive power. Advanced plyometrics, power lifts and strong man circuits will make you an unstoppable force on the ice.

Two weeks of dryland training consisting of daily 2 hour sessions Monday - Friday (no session August 5). By the end of this camp, you will develop the optimal skating stance with a stronger more powerful push-off and dramatically improve stride length, power & endurance. Advanced stability and mobility work, explosive movement training and the introduction of Olympic lifts. Hockey-specific conditioning rounds out the programming.

Two weeks of dryland training consisting of daily 2 hour sessions Monday - Friday. This final camp is all about developing lightning-fast speed, strength and power. Along with acceleration and deceleration training, fast-twitch muscle training will be the primary focus to develop more explosive starts, quicker first steps, more powerful strides and top-end speed. You will unlock new skating speed levels you didn’t even know you had and never miss a breakaway opportunity again.
