We get it. No one wants to read a bunch of policies. As much as we love your support, we have to cover a couple of things to make sure that this is a respectful long term relationship now and in the future. We're not looking for just a one night stand!
CANCELLATION POLICY
We want to thank you in advance for respecting our livelihood and our time as an appointment only based business.
Guests are required to provide us with a MINIMUM 48 HOURS NOTICE to CANCEL OR MAKE ANY CHANGES to any reservaiton. (Please note at our salon you are agreeing to pay the said cancellation fees. See website for more details.)
CANCELLATION/LATE CHANGE FEES:
Haircuts, blowouts, teatments = $25
ALL color & extension services = $100
NO SHOW FEES:
We will not rebook any guests services without them paying 50% of their missed appointments. They will also be required to pay a deposit moving forward.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want to ensure you are happy with your purchase. If you are not getting the results you were hoping for with the product your using we will happily exchange it for you for another product to better suit your needs within 7 days of purchase and provided it is only lightly used. Exchange only, no refunds will be given.
