TCS Work Experience Verification

This form must be submitted by an individual who can verify and attest to the knowledge and experience of the TCS candidate. Acceptable verifiers include: employers (past and/or present), subcontractors, DOT inspectors, or other Traffic Control Supervisors who oversaw the individual's work. Each TCS candidate must have a minimum of 2 verification forms submitted by 2 different people.
