    All requests for photography are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to photographer availability. Requests must be submitted at least 2 business days prior to the day and time a photographer is needed. Requests submitted on weekends or holidays will not be considered for scheduling until the next business day. Photography requests submitted less than 2 business days in advance will only be accommodated based on photographer availability, and a rush fee of $100 will be added to the final invoice.
