• City Center Village FALL FRENZY

City Center Village will be hosting our annual Fall Frenzy in October! This Event is Scheduled for OCTOBER 29th, 2026 from 5pm to 8pm This form will be utilized to reserve your station.
  • OCTOBER 29th, 2026!!!  Set up will begin at 3:00pm with the event starting at 5pm!  If you need to arrive earlier than that, please do let us know!  Please be aware that I am not certain of the exact time in which the city will block Bank Street for the downtown trunk or treat event.  It usually is blocked about an hour before start time so I would 100% suggest being in our parking lot by 4pm if at all possible!  Once I get a set time, if I need to announce a change, I will reach out!

We are asking that you provide PLENTY of candy at your station for trick or treating and a fun game for the kids to play!  We do highly suggest a small giveaway (gift basket, product, etc) AT YOUR STATION to promote YOUR BUSINESS with the adults as they visit your station!  City Center Village will not be promoting these giveaways as this event is made available to you as a marketing opprotunity as a vendor.  You are responsible for any needed licenses, permits, certifications, etc. required of your business in Decatur, Morgan County, Alabama.

This will be an outdoor event.  Our front parking lot will be utilized for vendor stations.  While we do not plan to limit vendors, we will take into consideration the types of vendors, companies, products/services offered and if we do have excessive multiples, we will consider making adjustments and issuing approval on a first come first serve basis.

This being a FREE community event, we are not asking for a vendor fee and we do not encourage sales of products or services during the event.  If you choose to offer products on the spot, you are responsible for any tax or financial reporting that is required by the city, state, or county.  You can however collect contact information of any individual who may be interested in your business and conduct that business at a later date.  Exceptions may be made for food/snack trucks.

While we do not require a vendor fee for this free event, we have had vendors in the past inquire about how to give back to City Center Village for offering a free marketing event.  We will accept donations to our activities department.  Any donations made will be used for and directly impact our Christmas activities and events for our residents.  It will be utilized for their Christmas Party as well as their gift stockings that they receive each year.  If you prefer to make a product donation, feel free to speak with Deanna about that!

This form will serve as your station request for this event.  If the Date and Time changes, we will pass the information along AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!!!

  • Format: (000) 000-0000.
  • If you have any questions, comments or concerns please feel free to reach out at any time!
