Throughout this contract "Virtual Office VA Staffing", also known as "REI Assistant", will be referred to as "VirtualOfficeVA". VirtualOfficeVA contracts independent contractors, also referred to as “Virtual Assistants or VAs”. The Virtual Assistants are located in the United States of America and agree to provide professional virtual/remote assistance on a week to week basis. VirtualOfficeVA supplies the system for lead organization, customized around client needs, and obtains a local, to client, phone number(s), when needed. These contractors are contracted with VirtualOfficeVA, therefore are not available to be contracted by you directly.Client Agrees to the rates provided below for all work requested for services.Basic Administrative services are billed at $0.42 per minute. If a phone line is needed, a $10 per week charge will be added to the invoice.Seller lead generation service charges are Five hour FSBO/ List Calling (includes 1 phone number) = $130 per week. Any time over included time is billed at $0.42 per minute.Incoming call service will answer calls from 9am to 8pm Monday thru Friday, 10am-6pm on Saturdays and 12pm-6pm on Sundays. All missed after hours calls will be returned as soon as possible. This service local phone number for the calls. You will be billed $59 per week for the first hour of calls and $0.42 per minute for additional time. Rental property administration is billed at $0.60 per minute plus $10 per week for phone and VA availability. If you would like for us to answer maintenance calls as well, then charges are $0.75 per minute plus $15 per week. Marketing services are billed at $0.49 per minute for basic marketing on an as needed basis. Our social media marketing and management is three hours per week for $85 per week. Web and SEO services are billed at $0.70 per minute and are offered on an as needed basis. Payments are due within 24 hours of receipt. Our work week is from Saturday to Friday. Invoices are sent on Sundays for prior week’s work and are due by Tuesday. Unless prior arrangements are made, we will automatically charge your credit card on file on Mondays. You can also pay the invoice directly before Monday afternoon. If payment declines or invoice is unpaid for 14 days, a late fee of $30 will be added to the invoice. If the invoice is unpaid for 5 days, your account will be placed on payment hold.You may place your account on hold by contacting your virtual assistant or ceo@reiassitant.com. There is a $10 per week charge to keep any phone numbers active. If you do not need the number saved, please let us know so you avoid additional charges.You may cancel services with a 5 day written notice to ceo@reiassistant.com..If you would like to port any phone numbers to your own provider. Just let us know if you want to do this when you ask for cancellation.The rates agreed upon within this contract are effective for the first year. Every year thereafter, the rate increases 1.0%. If the account is on hold more than 6 months and, client wants to restart the account, the client will then be charged at current contract rates, but not be charged a new setup fee.The setup fee of $278 is a one-time only charge to setup phone lines, documents, virtual assistant, etc. **Client understands it may take up to two weeks to get started on outbound calling accounts.**All documents, forms, accounts and videos created by Virtual Office VA Staffing are the property of Virtual Office VA Staffing and are not to be copied or used without written authorization from Virtual Office VA Staffing.
