Continuation of Membership for Returning Families
Annual Intent to Return: Returning families are valued members of the community. To facilitate effective planning for the upcoming school year, families must submit an Intent To Return (ITR) by the specified deadline. Failure to submit the ITR may result in the offer of placement being extended to waitlisted families.
Membership Review: At the conclusion of each academic year, COACH will evaluate factors such as the family’s contributions, commitment to the organization’s guidelines, and overall fit with the program. Based on this evaluation, COACH reserves the right not to renew a family’s membership.
Cooperation and Understanding: Families are expected to cooperate with the policies and ethos of COACH. This cooperation is essential for maintaining the high quality of educational experience offered to all students.
Attendance and Participation Requirements
Attendance Policy: All students, teachers, and parents involved in COACH are required to maintain a minimum attendance rate of 80%. This policy is crucial for ensuring consistent educational progress and community involvement.
Background Checks
Safety Measures: COACH requires background checks for all adults, both new and returning, to ensure the safety and integrity of the community. This is a mandatory part of maintaining a secure educational environment.
