People's Notice of Maladministration and Failure to Protect Parental Rights
Notice to Agent is Notice to Principal and Notice to Principal is Notice to Agent
I, one of the People as seen in the Texas Constitution, republican in form, Sui Juris, do serve this notice that you may provide immediate due care. (see evidence below):
Texas Constitution Bill of Rights Section 2: Inherent Political Power; Republican Form of Government
"All political power is inherent in the people, and all free governments are founded on their authority, and instituted for their benefit. The faith of the people of Texas stands pledged to the preservation of a republican form of government, and, subject to this limitation only, they have at all times the inalienable right to alter, reform or abolish their government in such manner as they may think expedient."
Take notice an article by the Houston Press: "Trustee Misty Odenweller proposed that the board write its version of this policy to dictate what bathroom facilities students could use. Notably, not allowing LGBTQ+ students to use restrooms that align with their gender identity." (see link below for full article):

Trustee Odenweller advocates historical customs & usage; protecting the mental and physical health of girls and boys by segregating shower and restroom facilities as to biological sex, which is historical public policy since Texas public schools were established by the People's Constitution more than a century ago. (see evidence below):
Maxim of Law: The old way is the safe way. The beaten road is the safest.
Maxim of Law: A custom introduced against reason ought rather to be called a "usurpation" than a "custom."
Maxim of Law: Nothing is more unjust than to extend equity too far.
Please take notice the People of Texas mandated and funded the creation of public schools for express purpose of "the preservation of the liberties and rights of the People". (see evidence below):
Texas Constitution Article 7 Section 1- Support and Maintenance of System of Public Free Schools
"A general diffusion of knowledge being essential to the preservation of the liberties and rights of the people, it shall be the duty of the Legislature of the State to establish and make suitable provision for the support and maintenance of an efficient system of public free schools."
Take notice that, as expressed in the Bill of Rights of the 50+1 Constitutions, the People's individual rights, inherent from God, are EXCEPTED from all powers delegated to their government, and shall forever remain inviolate; thus any extraneous control over the People's individual rights via statutory law, orders, rules and policies shall be considered NULL & VOID. (see evidence below):
Texas Constitution Bill of Rights Section 29: Provisions of Bill of Rights Excepted from Powers of Government; to Forever Remain Inviolate
"To guard against transgressions of the high powers herein delegated, we declare that everything in this "Bill of Rights" is excepted out of the general powers of government, and shall forever remain inviolate, and all laws contrary thereto, or to the following provisions, shall be void."
Texas Constitution Bill of Rights Section 19: Deprivation of Life, Liberty, Etc.; Due Course of Law
"No citizen of this State shall be deprived of life, liberty, property, privileges or immunities, or in any manner disfranchised, except by the due course of the law of the land."
LIBERTY. Black's Law Dictionary Fourth Edition [excerpt]
"Freedom; exemption from extraneous control."
Take notice that in American common law, children of minor age are regarded as "part and parcel of the parent", and that a parent's individual right to raise the child as to his/her conscience and beliefs is considered to be the highest liberty interest of all.
Establishing experimental socio-sexual activities by public school policy is as much of an attack on the individual rights of the parents as it is on the student; school administrators supporting such public policy are engaging in maladministration and the gross violation of constitutional rights provisions above.
Your express authority is strictly limited to providing "a general diffusion of knowledge to preserve the liberties and rights of the People". These are the bounds of your contract and trust indenture with the People of Texas. Please show in the Texas or U.S. Constitution where the People granted you authority to conduct socio-sexual experiments on any of the children in your charge. (see evidence below):
May V. Anderson, 345 U.S. 528, 533; 73 S.Ct. 840, 843, (1952). The Supreme Court of the United States has noted that a parent's right to "the companionship, care, custody and management of his or her children" is a [liberty] interest "far more precious than any property right".
EXPRESS AUTHORITY. Black's Law Dictionary Fourth Edition [excerpt]
"That which confers power to do a particular identical thing set forth and declared exactly, plainly, and directly with well-defined limits; an authority given in direct terms, definitely and explicitly, and not left to inference or implication, as distinguished from authority which is general, implied, or not directly stated or given."
Take notice that as public trustee, you consent that the People shall hold in-personam jurisdiction over you in your conduct of office. Each Texan privately holds all inherent, individual rights; and each individual rights violation by you, the trustee, is a self-executing cause of action in the common law. (see evidence below):
Maxim of Law: One is a servant who is employed by a master to perform service in his affairs and whose physical conduct in performance of the service is controlled by the master.
Maxim of Law: An oath is indivisible; it is not to be held partly true and partly false.
Maxim of Law: Ignorance of those things which one is bound to know excuses not.
Please take final notice it is my wish, demand, and order that you take immediate and decisive action to nullify any and all Conroe ISD policies that attack the fundamental parental rights to liberty and conscience; and that you shall communicate to the People in your district via all available channels that a proper, lawful constitutional order is in restoration.
Furthermore, if you believe any of the above claims are untrue or that you have the authority in any way, which would allow any Public Servant, Agent, or Corporate Entity to infringe on the People's Rights, please reply point by point where you were granted these Constitutional Authorities. Any disputes by any public officials or private actors who are bound by contract to the Texas Constitution or the United States Constitution, agrees to have these matters heard before an arbitrator of my choice and to be bound thereby. All responses must be submitted by affidavit, sworn under penalty of perjury, within 5 days of receiving this Notice or you agree, by acquiescence, all statements in this Notice to be true and fact. Further, you agree that you are acting with full knowledge, intent, and malice by trespassing on the Private People and our rights, and that no court shall be able to rehear this matter, but it shall stand as evidence, truth and law in all courts of record.
This notice is sent to you in peace and with the love of Christ, so that you may provide due care to those who have all political power, the People.
