- Must be 18 years or older.

- Payment is expected upfront before work begins.

- A full refund can be requested before work has been started.

- If a refund is requested during the commission process, then a partial refund, minus a percentage of the work completed, will be sent.

- No refund will be offered for a completed commission. The client will be offered many chances to request edits through the commission process, and which will not move on without approval.

- If I feel the client is being extremely difficult or harmful during the process, I will cancel the commission and send a partial refund minus a percentage equal to the amount of work already completed.

- I am not required or expected to post your commission.

- Your commission is yours, and you are allowed to post and edit as you please, also credit is requested but not required.
