Enrollment and Registration

When registering for services, fees are due upon the student’s acceptance to Freestyle Learning. Failure to meet payment requirements may delay the student’s start date.

Registration—(New Students Only)

Please remember that a $150 nonrefundable fee is required at registration. Your registration forms will only be processed once this fee has been paid.

This fee includes:

• Student Identification Card
• Academic Folder
• FSL Water Bottle

Curriculum Fee 

A one-time Curriculum Fee of $200 to $350 is required, depending on your child’s academic needs. This fee may not cover the cost of chapter books read during the school year. 

Tuition and Payment Policies

Tuition Due Dates

Tuition payments are due by the 15th of each month. You can select a due date between the 1st and 15th that suits you. Once set, your due date must stay the same; any modifications require approval at least two weeks beforehand and will start the next month. Late fees will be charged if payment is not received on your chosen date. 

• A late fee of $25 will be charged for any balance remaining after the due date.
• These fees will be included in your monthly invoice and must be settled before the next billing cycle.
• Students with an unpaid balance without an approved payment plan will not be allowed to attend.

Full-Day Program

Hours: 8:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Monthly Rate: $620
Yearly Rate: $6,200
Partial-Day Program (Less than 2 days per week)

Monthly Rate: $520
Yearly Rate: $5,200

Extended Care

Extended care services are available upon request. Additional fees will apply.

Late Pick-Up Policy

Students not picked up by 3:10 p.m. will be automatically signed into aftercare.

A $10 late pick-up fee will be applied
Aftercare charges will also be added to the monthly invoice

Cancellation and Withdrawal Policy

FreeStyle Learning is committed to ensuring each student has a positive and supportive learning experience.

If your child is not adapting to the program, a two (2) week written notice is required to officially withdraw from enrollment.
Families are responsible for full payment of any month in which the student attends, regardless of the number of days attended.

Outstanding Balances

Any unpaid balance must be cleared within ten (10) days of withdrawal.
Accounts not settled within this time frame may be forwarded to a collections agency.

Records Release Policy

Report cards, transcripts, or any official student records will not be released until all outstanding balances have been paid in full.

Payment Agreement

By enrolling in FreeStyle Learning, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of the following terms:

The payment agreement starts when the initial payment is received.

FreeStyle Learning accepts the following forms of payment:

Cash
Debit/Credit Card
Electronic Payments (e.g., Zelle, Cash App (you must pay an instant cash fee if you pay on the day tuition is due, etc.)
