When registering for services, fees are due upon the student’s acceptance to Freestyle Learning. Failure to adhere to payment requirements may delay the student’s start date.
Registration—(New Students Only) A nonrefundable fee of $150 is due at registration. Registration forms will not be counted until the fee is paid.
Curriculum Fee—This is a one-time fee of $250. It includes a Student ID, an Academic Folder, and an F.S.L. water bottle.
Tuition - Tuition is due by the 15th of every month. Any late fees will be added to the monthly invoice and are expected to be paid before the next month. Your child will not be able to attend if they have an outstanding balance and no agreement to bring your account to good standing. A late payment fee of $25 will be added to your invoice.
Monthly rates are based on a 10 month pay schedule.
Full-Day - 8:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Monthly Rate - $620.00 / Yearly Rate - $6,200.00
Partial Day Session - less than 3 days a week.
Monthly Rate $520.00 / Yearly Rate $5,200.00
Extended Care - Upon Request.
Late Pick Up - $10 (Children will be signed into Aftercare @ 3:05, and the aftercare rate + the late payment will be added to your monthly invoice.
Cancellation - It is imperative that students feel comfortable and adapt well to any educational program. If your learner does not adapt well to FreeStyle Learning’s program, a 2 (two) week written notice must be sent to drop your child from enrollment officially. If you leave FSL with an unpaid balance, you will be given 10 (ten) days to clear your account before sending it to our collection agency. For any month that your child is in attendance, regardless of the number of days, you are responsible for that month’s entire payment. Release of any report cards or transcripts until all balances are paid.
