All applications must be made at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure payment is received prior to arriving on site.

Please note: Submitting this application form does not constitute a lease agreement. Confirmation of your lease, if approved, will be provided by Centre Management within two business days of receiving your application. All applications are subject to availability.

Changes to Site Bookings
Please ensure all details are correct prior to submitting your booking. A $50.00 administration fee applies to any request to amend a booking after confirmation.

Seasonal Surcharge
A 50% seasonal surcharge applies to all bookings made for the month of December.
This surcharge will be added to your total and issued via email & invoice upon booking confirmation - Full payment for all seasonal bookings must be made within 7 days of invoice issue date; Failure to make payment within this timeframe may result in the booking being withdrawn without notice.
All A‑grade site bookings within four weeks of Christmas must be week‑long bookings (Monday–Sunday only).

Static Lease Material Changes
As per Ts&Cs: Free material changeover by DSW staff is capped at once per month. Additional changeover requests must be submitted in writing and will incur a $20 fee. Please allow 48 business hours for changeover to occur. Refer to Ts&Cs Section 1(f1) for further details.
