Addressing climate change involves participating in an energy transition towards clean, non-emitting energy; decreasing emissions from our food systems; and protecting/increasing carbon sinks (that remove carbon from the atmosphere).
There are "big rock" and "small rock" actions that directly reduce your personal carbon footprint.
There are also many other actions that ease the transition and support systemic change, i.e. societal shifts in the right direction.
Some actions have other benefits as well such as saving money, improving your health, promoting biodiversity, decreasing waste and pollution, supporting vulnerable populations and so much more.
