1. Motor Vehicles are permitted into the Market precinct up to 3.30pm and after 8.15pm or as instructed by Market Staff. NO VEHICLE MOVEMENT between 3.45pm and 8.15pm within the Market precinct.
2. NO EARLY PACK UP - The Market is open for trade until 8pm - packing up prior to 8pm is not permitted.
3. Stallholders are to pack up their sites completely PRIOR to bringing in vehicle for loading.
4. Cancellations within 24 hours will not be eligible for a refund. No show - no refund.
5. All Council Permits, Registrations, Certificates of Currency and Insurances (except Public Liability) are the Stallholders responsibility and a current copy must be provided to Market Management.
6. Food vendors offering packaged /unpacked, ready to eat / not ready to eat, tastings, samples or ingredients only, must hold a valid registration under the Food Act 1984, with their principle Council and a registration with Foodtrader.

Please note: Food Vans and Speciality Food Sites must provide a copy of their public liability and product liability insurance.
