Cancellation Terms and Conditions:
You are required to give 16 days' notice prior to your next direct debit date (16th of each month).

Direct Debit:
Payments are processed on the 16th day of each month (or the next business day if the 16th falls on a weekend/public holiday), applying to the calendar month which they are collected; two weeks retrospectively and two weeks in advance.
