Thank you for your interest in joining the Swiss Club.

Kindly have the following documents ready before filling up the registration form. This form will take approximately 15 minutes to complete.
- A scanned or digital copy of your Passport (details page)
- A scanned or digital copy of your Passport size photo
- Personal and residential details of all applicants
- Employment details of main applicant and spouse (if applicable)
Applicant, spouse, and children (if applicable) are required to submit the above documents.

Terms & Conditions:
- Each family will be entitled to 2 Membership Cards.
- A refundable deposit of $500 will be applicable.
- All Club expenses will be paid through GIRO.
I acknowledge that some facilities will undergo maintenance during this period.
