    All need to pay in full at the time of registration.

    • If you plan to pay by credit card, please use a web browser other than Safari for Windows. Our payment form has not been working on Safari.
    • A little red star * to the right of a field description means that it is required. If  you  try to move on to a new section you will be stopped until you fill out the required info.
  • If everything goes well you will receive a "Thank You" page with a big green check mark when you are done!

    If you don't get this "Thank You" page, you probably have not been registered!

  • Covid Safety Policy

    • Masks are welcome but optional at this time, vaccinations are strongly encouraged, and if you are sick, be kind - stay behind. Testing before coming is recommended. 

  • Costs this year

     

    If you stay overnight, either camping in tents, or sleeping in a bunk house, the cost is $75.00 per person, children under age 6 years no charge, and a maximum of $190.00 per family.

    If you come just for one day, the cost is $12.50 per person per meal.

    If you need additional financial assistance, please talk to your monthly meeting or quarterly meeting.

  • Housing is availble in heated cabins with bunkbeds.  Restrooms are in a seperate building nearby.  There will be a families' cabin, a couples' cabin, a women's cabin, and a men's cabin.  You may select your space when you arrive at the camp.

  • The fee is $75 per person, children under 6 years no charge, maximum of $190.00 per family.  You are welcome to pay more with a charitable contribution if you want to help cover OVYM's costs.

  • Any donation below supports the year-round work of Ohio Valley Yearly Meeting and can be considered a charitable donation for tax purposes. It will help with the many reductions in cost that we provide others. 

  • The following Final Amount field should automatically sum the two fields above (registration fee and charitable contribution). It is read only. You can't enter data here. But, Be sure to enter it into your Credit Card Info amount below.

  • If you aren't paying through a credit card on this form, you can mail a check in advance of the quarterly meeting. Click on one of the options below to let us know.

  • Please make checks payable to North Meadow Circle of Friends and clearly mark on memo line for Joint Quarterly Meeting. Mail checks to:
