Under the general direction of the CEO, the Business Administrator is a unique role, with positions in various areas of the company, such as administration, marketing, customer service, and operations. The candidate for this role will be self-motivated, highly organized, with exceptional attention to detail. Here’s what the role entails:
- Address customer inquiries and messages promptly and professionally across email and social media platforms, providing timely assistance and support.
- Assist with scheduling social media posts and engaging with followers to enhance brand presence.
- Assist with planning and executing weekly email campaigns to effectively communicate with our audience, utilizing engaging content and compelling messaging to drive sales and engagement.
- Proactively reach out to potential collaborators via email to explore opportunities for partnerships.
- Coordinate travel logistics, which includes securing reservations and arrangements for company trips and events; ensuring a smooth and efficient execution.
- Accompany the team on trips to various locations, overseeing operations on-site to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
- Assist with various operational tasks and projects as needed, contributing to the overall success and excellence of the company's operations.
- Updating website and social media information and content.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS)
- Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
- Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor in all interactions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with productivity tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities and work both independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to maintain professionalism in all guest interactions.
- Have a valid driver’s license.
WHAT WILL GIVE YOU A COMPETITIVE EDGE (PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS)
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field of study.
- Proven experience in executive assistance, event planning, and social media management roles.
- Demonstrates creativity and innovation in social media marketing, content creation, and strategy development.
- Experience with event planning software, social media management tools, and analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with HTML, WordPress, Photoshop, Premiere, and video/photo editing apps.
