  • All registrations must be accompanied by the non-refundable registration fee and a deposit equal to one-half month’s tuition. The registration fee and deposit ensure that we will reserve the space requested if available upon receipt of this enrollment form. Four weeks notice is required for all changes to your child’s schedule. Four weeks notice must also be provided for withdrawal from our program. If four weeks notice is not provided, the tuition deposit is forfeited. Tuition is due no later than the 5th day of each month. No credits will be provided for vacations or time off.
