Ready to make a shelter dogs day?
This questionnaire is designed to match you with a shelter dog for quality hangout time outside of the shelter. By providing information about your lifestyle and preferences, you help us ensure a compatible match and help provide a good time for both dog and you! Once you've filled this form out and scheduled a time to pick up, our staff will have all your supplies and pup ready for your pick up!
What to expect: - Arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled pick up time with a Valid Driver's License. - Go to our Check In counter to let them know you’re here. - Our team will carefully choose a dog that aligns with the preferences you've indicated and the requirements of the pet. However, it's important to keep in mind that our pet population fluctuates daily, so we may not always have a pet that precisely fits your criteria. - Please note that we do not always have the support staff available to reach out to you prior to your scheduled pick up time. It is up to you to remember to arrive to NHS on a specific time/day with valid ID to leave with your adventure buddy. - We will supply you with all of the basic supplies needed for your adventure. - Dogs must be dropped off no later than the time indicated on your appointment time slot. - While children are welcome, adults must act as the handler during the day out. - All gear provided for the dog must remain with the dog. - Visits to dog parks and interactions with other dogs is not permitted. - If you are interested in adopting a dog, please note that outings does not replace our typical adoption process and does not guarantee an adoption.
