Terms & Conditions & Other Information.
•You agree to adhere to all of the rules of play and that you treat our equipment with care.
•All children are supervised when in the bubble house.
•You confirm that you know how to safely use the bubble house after setting up and our demonstration.
•We require at least an hour to set up our equipment so please ensure that you have allowed enough time for this.
•Any cancellation request must be made at least 14 days before the agreed event date in writing. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit already paid is non-refundable. If you cancel after this period, both parties will discuss options of transferring your date, depending on availability.
•It is your responsibility that you have sufficient space for our equipment: dimensions will be provided to you upon request.
•For outdoor setups, we can only set up on a grass area as we have to secure the bubble house down with heavy duty pegs into the ground, so please ensure you have enough grass area for our equipment to fit or we will not be able to set our equipment up.
•The bubble house can not be set up and used in strong winds or rain. If we do have to cancel because of the weather conditions, your date will be transferred.
•The Company agrees to rent the bubble house equipment, hereinafter referred to as the “Equipment,” for the agreed-upon rental period. The Client acknowledges that they will have to pay a deposit of £50.00 to reserve their event date. The final balance is then due 7 days prior to your event. Your deposit is not taken off of your balance as this also serves as a 'damages deposit' . If anything happens to our equipment and can be repaired/cleaned or replaced with the £50.00, your deposit will not be returned to you and no other costs will be requested. If in any circumstance, the bubble house or any other equipment can not be repaired with the total costof £50.00, you will be liable to pay the excess fee for our insurance company for our equipment to be repaired or replaced, or you will be liable to pay the cost of the repair or replacement (which ever total is less).
•The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its agents and employees from and against any and all claims, injuries, liabilities, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising in connection with the rental of the party equipment, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
•The Client agrees to adhere to the following rules when using the bubble house:
Please remove your shoes before entering the bubble house.
Do not bring in or use any sharp objects inside the bubble house.
Pets, food, drinks, and silly string are not allowed inside the bubble house.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
All children must be supervised at all times.
Avoid any flips or rough behavior.
Do not use the bubble house if winds exceed 15 mph or when there is rain or thunderstorms. If this occurs, exit the bubble house immediately.
Use the designated entrance and exit of the bubble house for safety.
No more than 4-5 children/adults are allowed in the bubble house at any one time.
In the unforseen circumstances that for any reason, the bubble house deflates- please immediately exit the bubble house. The bubble house does not deflate immediately so anyone will have time to safely exit.
