What to expect after filling out this form?
1. Schedule an in-salon consultation with Marissa at Thomas Austen Salon (free of charge) This is where we will determine application method, length, and color of your new Bellami Hair Pro Extensions.
2. Review and sign consent form, pay deposit to schedule application appointment (deposits vary and are based on method chosen at consultation)
3. Come into Thomas Austen Salon on application day with clean, dry hair ready to have a luxurious transformation.
* This deposit goes toward the over all cost of the appoitment discussed at consultation. Remaining balance is due the day of service.
