Passport Requirements- I understand that TRAVELYF is not responsible for the denied entry into any country for any guest. I understand that all guests are responsible to ensure that they have all the proper documents for entry. All names on documents must match the legal name on the guest’s photo I.D., and travel document information must match tickets. I understand that minors unaccompanied by birthparents will need a permission letter for travel outside the U.S. and any travelers with criminal convictions may be denied entry to certain countries. Each guest is responsible for determining if issues are present with the immigration/customs process into a foreign country. Being denied entry will result in a complete financial loss associated with my trip. I understand that a passport is required for international travel, including children & babies and that for some countries (including but not limited to Colombia, Jamaica, Mexico, Dominican Republic, Aruba, Turks and Caicos, Bahamas, St. Lucia, St. Thomas, St. Martin/ Maarten, Costa Rica, Europe) passports must be valid 6 MONTHS AFTER RETURN DATE OF TRAVEL. I understand it is my responsibility to review and understand passport requirements and travel advisories for both theUnited States and the destinations I will be visiting.*

I understand that TRAVELYF here is not an Insurance Agency and that3rd-party Trip Protection is optional and the cost is non-refundable once purchased. I acknowledge that I have been advised about purchasing Travel Protection from TRAVELYF and the possible results if I choose not to purchase Travel Protection. By signing below, I understand that declining travel insurance could result in the loss of my travel cost and/or require more money to correct the situation. Flights - I understand that TRAVELYF , has no control over delayed or cancelled flights, lost or damaged luggage. Or natural disasters including but not limited to earthquakes, cyclones, hurricanes, floods, tsunamis, landslides, volcanic eruption's, and avalanches. I understand traveling from June- September is considered Hurricane season in most Caribbean countries + Mexico. TRAVELYF is not responsible for weather conditions and natural disasters overseas*

Modification Fee - I have verified that all travelers names and information is accurate and is as it appears on their government issued ID's. I understand that if there is an error or if I need to make changes to my existing reservation, I am am responsible for any modification imposed by TRAVELYF and the Vendor Used. I understand that failure to modify names & birthdays may result in guests not being able to check in or board flights, if purchased through TRAVELYF*

Cancelation Policy - If I chose to decline Travel Insurance, I am aware that my vacation may not be refundable and that it is at the discretion of the supplier.*
