IMPORTANT: All cards must be submitted in a Card Saver and clear card sleeves (matte/coloured/opaque backed sleeves can not be accepted). Any cards not submitted in a Card Saver and clear sleeve will incur a $0.30 fee per card to transfer them to a Card Saver. Cards 130 point thickness and greater can still be sent in a top loader.

IMPACT OF US TARIFFS: All Non-US Manufactured cards will be sent via the Business through PSA Canada who will then manage the submission to PSA USA. This will likely lead to additional lead times on grading in affected submissions.

  • By signing this form I understand and agree to the following:

    1. I have read, understood and accepted The Businesses Terms and Conditions.
    2. I have read, understood and accepted the PSA Grading Terms and Conditions.
    3. I authorise the Business to make grading category determinations and price estimates on my behalf. These will be generally be based on the value of PSA 9 graded version of the card, and not the raw value. Our staff have full discretion in determining the appropriate category to submit your cards under and may at times elect to submit a card based on a higher or lower graded card valuation if the general condition of the card and market value difference compared to a PSA 9 warrants it.
    4. If your card is valued at PSA 9 market price, and grades a PSA 10, it may result in PSA up-charging the final grading fee to match the category that reflects the new market value. If this occurs the Business will charge you the applicable upcharge fee which differs from our regular grading fees.
    5. The Business will not email me to confirm grading category determinations and price estimates prior to submission of your cards to PSA. If you wish to know this information please email them at grading@thehobby.com.au.
