At Customers On Command, we install proven marketing systems into coaches, services, consultants and agencies businesses to help them predictably land new paying customers.
Role:
As an account manager at Customers On Command, you will be responsible for client success. Your role is crucial in keeping clients retained, delivering results and maintaining the reputation of our company. We want you if you already have a proven track record in customer service and client experience.
Responsibilities:
- Hold a meeting with the clients on a weekly basis
- Follow and develop our productized process to deliver clients results
- Identify opportunities to expand the clients business and help them grow
Qualifications:
- Existing role of experience in customer success and account management
- Proven track record in client retention
- Willingless to travel with the team if necessary
- Strong leadership communication and extroverted traits
- A minimum of 2 years of experience
- Close at least 5 high ticket deals a month.
Key Skillsets:
- Facebook advertising (both strategy an execution)
- Funnel building software (like ClickFunnels or GoHighLevel)
- Baseline understanding of Direct Response Marketing & Copywriting
Salary:
- To be determined based on experience and qualifications.

Hitting Deadlines: When a task is set with a deadline we rely on you to hit. If you receive a project and you know for an absolute fact you can’t hit its deadline, then you own up to it and we can work on rescheduling it.
