  • Return Credit Balance Request

  • The credit balance on a student's account may be returned to the student’s loan lender for the current loan period. Unsubsidized loans will be returned first, followed by subsidized loans, if applicable. This process ensures that any unused Federal Student Loan funds are appropriately credited back to the lender. Credit Balance Requests must be submitted prior to the issuance of a refund; requests received after this time will be processed during the next disbursement cycle.
  • By submitting the Loan Adjustment Request Form, you acknowledge that loan adjustments are subject to eligibility and approval by Student Financial Services, based on federal and institutional policies. Adjustments may affect your loan amount, disbursement, and eligibility for other financial aid. Requests must be submitted with complete documentation and within specified timelines. Any approved adjustments will be processed accordingly, and you remain responsible for repaying any remaining loan balance. Student Financial Services will notify you of the decision, and any adjustments made will be reflected in PCFAST. Loan Adjustment Requests apply to one loan period; additional Loan Adjustment Request Forms may be required if your enrollment extends beyond the loan period during which you submit the form. Loan periods are typically two consecutive semesters. The college reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.*
