What to expect.

Once you send the $500 Deposit, a member of our Concierge Staff will call you within a couple of hours to discuss which one of the dates we have available. Then, we will give you a couple of days to think about the details of your event. We will schedule another call with you to start Draft 1 of your itinerary.

Refunds. No refunds are given for any deposits or payments made to the Castle. A credit for up to 6 Months will be given to use at our estate for similar cost booking provided the dates are available. No Refunds or Credit given if cancelled within 15 days of check-in under no circumstances.
