This form must be completed for any off-site trip that includes traveling by bus. For field trips within Stowe, please make sure to complete this form at least 7 days prior to the trip. For any trips outside of Stowe, please complete at least 14 days in advance.
Proximity Guidelines for Walking Field Trips:

This form should be completed for any walking field trips outside of the designated proximity for each location.

Thomas Lane classrooms proximity zone is anywhere between 192 Thomas Lane and the Stowe Elementary School at 254 Park Street.

Annex classrooms (Rogers and Cartwright) proximity zone includes the locations between and including the Quiet Path, the park at the start of the Recreation Path, the Recreation path up to Sushi Yoshi, and the Annex at 512 Mountain Road.
